I applied online and received an email within a week to set up a phone screen interview. Typical phone screening questions. Soon after I moved on to the technical screening. Interviewed for an hour and programmed a simple Android RecyclerView implementation. Soon after I received an invitation to interview onsite. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I had 5 interviews total, two of which were technical coding interviews. The coding interviews were very straight forward implementing actual Android related problems or features. They provided skeletons and you code on top of it. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. They provided lunch and I got to eat and hang out with a few engineers just talking about whatever came to mind. It was a great way to get a feel of the culture and the people. The next day, the recruiter and I exchanged feedback and was told I would be moving forward. the following week, after reference checks, I accepted the job offer. Quizlet really makes the interview process quick and simple. Not much waiting to find out if you'd be moving forward or not. I also felt they made it a priority to make sure I enjoyed the onsite interview.
