I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2015
Interview
3 interviews in total: 1. Telephone screening 2. Web conference interview 3. In-panel interview
Telephone screening asked basic questions about my work/volunteer/school experiences, why I want this job. Web conference call went in more depth with situational questions (e.g. "describe a time when you worked with a team, and what were the challenges?"). In-panel was a group interview with 15 other candidates (approx. 2 hrs long). We work as a team on 3 activities they assign. Purpose is to assess collaboration, problem-solving, presentation, and people-skills.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Ottawa, ON) in Nov 2014
Interview
It was a 3 step interview process:
1st RD: was over the phone, mostly to see if the candidate meets the position requirements
2nd RD: Online overver Webex. Bhavioural questions were asked, mostly about the type of person you are and why you think you fit in at RBC.
3rd RD: In person, group interview (with a panel), mostly teamwork and speaking in groups. This interview is an hour, but feels very short so come in prepared to talk right off the bat.
