      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2018

      Interview

Online Assesment> 1st Phone Interview > 2nd Phone Interview. The second interviewer gave me a time frame of 10 minutes and asked lots of questions and it took 22 minutes. I did not understand why she gave me a short time frame and then asked so many questions. It was a totally unprofessional experience. I didn't expect that from RBC recruiter. She told me that she will get back to me within 10 business days but no response even online status didn't change. I wrote follow up email to find out whats going on and finally got call back after 15 business days saying I wasn't selected.

      Interview

Pretty good interview experience. Very nice managers. Referred to the job by an RBC employee, sent my resume and cover letter to the employee's work email, then was referred to the branch manager. About a week later, I received a call from the branch manager for the interview, so I was meeting with the two managers directly. Asked classic senario questions as below:
