The assessment is a virtual program of a company called secure secure securities system and l did very well but to my dissapointment l was told that l didn't pass. I've heard a lot of concern over the rbc financial drive office that assessment result r being manipulated for candidates of choice and it did happened to me. l was really disapointed and l was able to get a fantastic offer from another after they put me thru skill set and assessment that was harder than rbc financila drive test. I did realy well and this really convinced that rbc recruitment process is not transparent.

I applied online and after a few weeks I received an email asking me to do an online test took a test online then a phone interview, the online test was kind of long with some repetitive questions but in general was fairly easy and not complicated.
