Interview
I applied online, and got phone interview after a week. It was person from HR, behavioral questions and salary expectations. Some examples from your past work experience with some situations descriptions. Nothing difficult or unexpected.
Second interview was in person with branch manager and manager client care at the actual branch. Lasted about an hour. Here they tried their best to get to know you. Most of the questions were the same as on phone interview with HR.

the online test was kind of long with some repetitive questions
but in general was fairly easy and not complicated.
