I applied on the company website. Two weeks later, they contacted me to arrange a phone interview. After a couple of motivational questions, I was asked about recent events that were influencing the markets and to talk about my favourite commodity. The interviewer was very friendly but I did not answer very well.

Online test (SHL), then first stage telephone interview (30 min) and then assessment centre which consisted in 2 interviews, one presentation and groupwork. Mainly competency and motivational questions. Nothing too technical.
