RBC Investment Service Representative interview questions

First step involved screening call from HR representative. Representative asked questions involving the investment industry and looking to gauge interest in the field. If screening is successful, the next step involved a group interview where they were looking to gauge ability to communicate with clients. During the interview they completed 1-on-1's with each candidate where they were given a few minutes to review a client scenario and roleplay how you would handle it.
