I applied through college or university. I interviewed at RBC
Interview
2 Round Interview Process
-1st round on campus
-2nd round superday with 3 back to back interviews
Not a very hard interview process, no quantitative questions asked but behavioral questions were asked to test fit with company. Networking is important at this firm.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2019
Interview
First steps of the application process after being screened are the standard personality survey and an aptitude test.
Then once you pass that, I got a call like a week later to come in for an in-person 30 minute interview with two people that work there.
First person asked basic behavioural questions about a time when you displayed this ...., why you want to work here, and final question was to explain your thoughts on the current global market.
Second person conducted a basic consulting/case study question (15 minutes).
1st Case Study: How does a premium travel credit card make money?
2nd Case Study: What is the market size for a premium travel credit card?
Didn't get called back for second round of interviews, but overall the questions weren't too bad and interviewees were really cool and nice.
