RBC Sales Assistant interview questions

There was a couple of guys in the room (probably brokers). There was two of the applicants including myself, asked mainly general questions (what do you like to do? why you applied? what's your career goal?). Talked a lot of how this job requires perseverance and how it'll be very rewarding in the end. The pay was only through commission + low wage. Seeing that both of us were not that excited the guys went into sales mode and talked a lot of potential benefits of the job.
