Video interview, HR and floor manager present. Very friendly, overall positive experience. Asked standard questions for a customer facing retail job, took about 30 minutes. Took a while for them to respond once the interview process was over.

Fill out an online application. If selected, you then interview with several management employees at the store. The interview includes an explanation of what the job entails, along with several behavioral questions (tell me about a time ,,,,). The feedback is quick, especially if you're offered a job.
