Interview
You recorded three videos of yourself answering questions with three tries for each. I am not a fan of one-way recorded videos, but it's not the worst thing. You have time to figure out what you want to say.

Introduce yourself and explain why you want the jobs
It was easy. Got a virtual interview the day of. Later on reached out to me to get a online interview with a group. So basically you get two interviews and send you and email/call you saying you got the job or not.
