The interview process was pretty quick and good. They asked questions about my experience and if I wanted to start working there. Overall I would work there and interview there again if I could. REI is good. Did I mention good.
Simple video interview that you record answers to. Plenty of things to re record and review your answers. Also, a few typed answers but nothing too difficult
Overall a very easy process.
very personable. Very kind. Lots of opportunities to ask questions and connect on a personal level. We found a lot of common ground and while there were required questions to ask, it went very well and long because we were just talking for a long time.

I interviewed for one job was told to do another. this job was not worth the experience in sales. the enjoinment was toxic due to the high turn over of employees due to the lack of risk management.
