Overall the process is good, managers were professional and friendly. Should prob not wear a suit and tie since it's REI and everyone besides me were wearing casual or business casual clothes.

Do you have any experience working with cross-functional teams?
It was very relaxed and professional, the interviewer did a great job making me feel comfortable. The interview was not too long either and the questions gave me a chance to show I was a good fit for the job.
