I got referred by a friend! I got an email from them and then went in for an in person interview. It was very easily scheduled. Afterwards, they said they would let me know by email.

When you were faced with a problem, how did you solve it?
Group interviews were friendly and well managed. Staff were kind and understanding. Good and thoughtful interview process. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere at the store and when speaking with the interviewers.
The interview process was simple and over the phone. Then I went in person. She was very nice, but the store manager was a bit off. Ultimately, it just wasn't a good fit.
Submitted resume online then they wanted me to do a really stupid video interview where I answer questions from a prompt and video record myself giving answers. Just schedule a normal interview you idiots.
