Had a phone interview with the manager, was verbally offered a position and then received no follow up. Reached back out multiple times and was just ghosted by the company.

Group Interview, it was pretty fun but a little long. Questions are just about introducing yourself and why you want to work at REI. They also included some fun activities where you have to help an imaginary customer, so you have to pick out products that best fit for their activities. Overall it was not to hard and as long as you show that you have some passion about the outdoor, and about taking care of customer, you will most likely get the job.
