Met two representatives at a career networking event and they were very kind, helpful and gave me lots of information about the company. I walked out of the event with a confirmed appointment to go to their office and take their assessment testing. I was sent the application information via email, which I filled out and brought with me to the assessment. When I took the assessment, I was placed in a small room (closed-door) which had a table and something similar to an IQ test on it. After taking this test, you are then given reading and grammar comprehension testing, making the whole process feel very similar to standardized testing. Upon completion of these tests, you then take a typing speed test, which was expected because there is a WPM requirement on the application. After completion of the assessments, which totaled about 2 hours, I then was taken to the lobby and had a very brief mini-interview. After this process, I was told that I would be contacted within the next few business days after my assessments were evaluated to notify me if I was awarded an interview.
