The interviewers and the campus HR experience were quite disappointing. but interview process handled by the hiring team was generally smooth
First technical round: The questions asked were very basic and far too easy for a senior software developer role. The interviewer did not turn on his camera, even after I mentioned that it felt awkward for my camera to be on when his was off. He also did not introduce himself.
Second round: This round required an office visit, but I was surprised to find that the interviewer was not present in the office and conducted the interview virtually instead.
HR experience at the Bengaluru campus: The HR staff were extremely rude and behaved unprofessionally, even raising their voices. Later, they apologized, saying they thought I was a fresher.
Work model inconsistency: The hiring manager does not work from the Bengaluru office but still expects candidates to come to the BLR office three days a week, despite the team following a remote work model.
