Very disappointing process for a senior level role. Completed exhaustive business analysis as part of application process (3-4 hours). Received phone screen interview. Had a good phone screen and was asked for three things to proceed forward. First, to provide my household budget detail. Second, that my wife will be interviewed at the end of the process. Not sure if either of these are legal but I said I was okay continuing. Third, that I read Dave's book (5-6 hours of time) which I agreed. After the phone screen the HR contact said he liked me and would follow up. I never heard from him again. I sent three follow up emails over a 10 week time frame. I then sent a last email providing some feedback on the process and again didn't receive a response. I wish them luck recruiting senior talent or anyone for that matter with this approach.
