The interview process was very lengthy - lasted around 2 months. I spoke with 6 people and spent 7 hours in interviews. Everyone I spoke with was lovely and the application process was fine up until the very end. After my final interview, I corresponded with the recruiter for 3 weeks, to which I was told over and over that they were waiting for a decision. And then I was completely ghosted after that. I never received any update at all afterwards. A month later, out of curiosity. I looked up on LinkedIn to find that an offer had been extended for the position. I understand that real time communication can't always happen with a large corporation and many applicants. But to have made it to the final round of interviews and going through a process that took up many days in my schedule, I would've appreciated some communication at the end. Decency goes a long way.
