It started with a networking event done online where you get the opportunity to get the talk to some people in different departments. After that, you might get selected for an interview with 2 interviewers. It lasts 45 minutes and it's a pretty standard interview.

Question 1
What projects have you worked on during your academic career?
Interviewers were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The recruitment team was extremely efficient extending an offer letter roughly 48 hours after submitting an application. Recruitment team scheduled my interview within 36 hours of submitting my application.
It was a simple panel style interview with three interviewers. They asked about projects on my resume and a few questions regarding the programming languages specific to the job description.

Interview
Standard panel interview with approximately five attendees lasting one hour in the Derry office. The interview consistent of typical software engineer questions, needing the STAR technique. It was a very straightforward process.
