I applied online. I interviewed at Raytheon in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview was pretty easy. Very of casual and I did not feel nervous at all. Just asked about my background and very specific questions on my projects from the past. I wasn't asked any behavioral question.
1.5 hour call with engineer and then manager afterwards.
Started with introductions, then resume questions, then i was shown some circuits. First was a weird parallel resistor combination, then a voltage reference circuit, indicator led circuit, buck regulator circuit, flyback converter circuit. Basically just asked how it works and output
Then the manager asked a bunch of resume questions. All straightforward

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Raytheon (Tucson, AZ) in Jan 2023
Interview
Virtual Interview with campus recruit. Basic interview. Ask about your experience and interest. Got offer after interview. Be prepare for security clearance, this might take awhile. Security clearance might take up from 6 months to 12 months periods.
This was for a power electronics position. The questions were technical but not too difficult. They covered the basic concepts that are important to designing power converters, and for someone with an MS in the field I felt it was on the easier side.
