Very standard interview. About 60 / 40 split between being asked questions and the interviewers sharing information. The bulk of the questions I received were about general engineering questions, teamwork, personal traits etc.

Tell me about a major accomplishment and how your efforts led to your success.
The interview process was behavioral with 3 interviewers who are all heads of the department. They asked lots of questions getting to know me and were really chill. It was about 30 minutes of questions and the rest of the time is for the interviewee to ask questions about the company.

The interview process was simple and easy. It was very friendly and straightforward, with clear communication throughout. The interviewers were professional and made me feel comfortable, allowing for an open and honest discussion. I felt well-prepared and supported throughout the process, and the interviewers provided valuable insights about the company and the role.
