A word of caution, Raytheon contacted me for a second virtual interview and after I let them know my availability for this second interview they ghosted me! It’s probably better that they did so they showed me what an unprofessional company this is before I invested more time and effort into interviewing with them.

Entire process took less than 1 month. Initially Interviewed with HR recruiter, Second interview virtually with potential peers and hiring manager felt more like a work related meeting. Everyone was engaged in a conversation related to the job position and me expressing how my skills & background made me suitable candidate.

Long process with a great deal of waiting. Interview with recruiter, potential peers and hiring manager. Process took a period of months. By the time they reached back out, I had taken a position with another company.
