It was straightforward and transparent. Questions were relevant and directly related to the position. There was a small panel and I was made to feel comfortable. The interview started on time and lasted a little over 90 minutes.

Interview
Phone call with the recruiter, was about 30 minutes in total to gauge the fit between both my skills and the requirements of the role. It was casual and had a very free flowing feel to the conversation.

Behavioral and situational interview. Questions centered around customer interface, relationships, leading teams, and solving hard problems. The particular interviewers wanted examples that reflect what is mentioned on the resume. Overall good interview.
