Interview
You will be called for both the group interview and the individual interview. There were at least 15 to 20 people for the group interview, and you will be assigned to work in a group for a small project. Then, you will be called out for the individual interview to be asked about your availability and interview questions.

Question 1
They asked you about how you think about the value of the company and why you would like to work with them. They will also ask about your previous retail experience, and how you describe the great customer service.
One group interview in person. Very informal and conversational, just getting to know you and making sure you are a good fit for brand and customer facing role. They were good about making sure everyone got the chance to speak and facilitating a positive group environment.

Interview
Very easy, messaged the store manager on LinkedIn when a job was posted and was contacted quickly about setting up an interview. Very typical interview and quite laid back, not stressful at all if you are confident in your skills.
Super quick and typical. Met with one of the Sales Supervisors and was asked typical questions like how to deal with certain customer scenarios and how I work with a team.
