I applied online. I interviewed at Reformation (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
One -on- one interview with hiring manager and an IQ test. Hiring manager had a bit of a confrontational attitude and the IQ test was a mixture of strange questions and maybe useful information to make a judgement of skills needed for the job.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Reformation in Sep 2021
Interview
When I interviewed with the director, he was incredibly rude. He didn’t seem interested in making eye contact and acted bored throughout.
He actually walked away while I was in mid-sentence !!!!!
If this is the way they treat people in an interview, I can’t imagine how they treat employees. You’re better off looking elsewhere.

Question 1
Director was only interested in my experience at Ralph Lauren. More specifically, which building I worked in. Not sure how that’s relevant to job experience.
FYI, the childrenswear TD department was located above the Manhattan Mall. Little known fact. It was a hub for childrenswear companies.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reformation (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Applied online on a Friday, got an email after a few days to schedule phone interview. Had a phone interview next week, in person interview a few days later with three different people at the company, and job offer a few days after the interview.
Unfortunately after offering me the job and then asking me several times when I could start, could I start next week, actually what about a week later, etc, then ghosting me for another week, I asked them to please confirm with an official written offer. I was shortly informed they decided not to hire for this job after all...
Very unprofessional, frustrating. I wasted two weeks I could have been looking for another job.
