I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Regions Financial (Naples, FL) in Apr 2019
Interview
It took about a month in total from the moment I put in my application and did their assessments. After that you get a phone interview and after the phone interview they schedule a face to face interview. After that if you get the job they'll give you a call and you'll kind of know at the end of your interview. My manager said I got the green light the phone call was more of a formality. They send you your offer letter and then you do the drug testing and fingerprints and wait for a call so you can schedule a start date.

Interview
Applied online, received a call and was asked for a virtual interview that week. The interview was straightforward. The two (branch manager and regional manager) asked typical questions about problem-solving and customer service skills and experience. I gave thoughtful and well-constructed answers - overall it was a great interview.
