Hello Madam/Sir, firstly, we'd like to offer an apology, this is definitely not the experience we would want anyone to have through the recruitment process with Remitly.
To provide some context, the UK and EMEA team have been involved in some extensive travel, an office relocation and we have just had a full-time recruitment consultant join us to manage all operations around the process (the person I think you are referring to as "I get an email by another recruiter"). One point, I am surprised to hear that you have been "ghosted" by that individual and I will look into that comment asap.
To your point of our process being "a mess'; as acknowledged, it hasn't been up to the standards we hold ourselves up to so far, however, I can assure you that we take your feedback very seriously and we are confident that you will not experience the same if you re-engage with the recruiter in the UK.
