Phone screening, direct manager, 3 other meetings with various people across the company, HR
People were for the most part very pleasant, and it felt like just having an intelligent conversation rather than being in a pressurized interview. Questions were standard, no weird ones meant to trip you up or throw you off balance and see how you respond or think on your toes. A lot of discussion about what they're doing, about the role, what you're looking for, and other general match questions, but there were some professional questions as well which were not especially challenging or tricky but were great ways to engage people in interesting conversations and get a sense of what they're trying to do.
The only problem is that the process was painfully long. Six interviews over the span of two months. I went through many other interview processes and even got other offers in the meantime
