I had a phone interview in Hebrew. After a short introduction and a suggestion to proceed in English, the interviewer said that fluent Hebrew is essential. It came out to be the role targeting the local clients.
Everything was well organized, questions were about the position, explained everything in details. Answered all my questions too. Explained the specific of the role, everyone were very polite. Called back for the second round really quickly.
