Republic Airways interview questions

I interviewed in Morrisville, NC. The recruiters were apparently in a bad mood at 8:30 am and still rude until I left a 2 pm. They introduced themselves and each of the recruiters (there were three) did a presentation. Then they left us (about 20) in a room. Finally they called us in by threes. My interviewer didn't look me in the eye or shake my hand. When she asked me questions, she did everything but pay attention. She seemed over it. Total waste of time.

I attended the Open House here in San Antonio, TX at Four Points by Sheraton last 23rd of September 2014. At first, We all signed in at the registration and being asked where we came from, if we drove or flown to San Antonio. Republic Airways introduced the company history, work description, salary, benefits, crew scheduling and domiciles. We were given an application form to fill up while waiting for our names to be called for F2F. We were called in groups but interviewed individually. Recruiters are very friendly and accommodating, for you not get nervous and can easily explain yourself with all the questions. Such as Why do you want to work for Republic Airways? Are you willing to work in holidays, etc? Can you be able to relocate in your expense? After the F2F, you will be informed that they will email you the result if you make it or not. It took 2 weeks after they got back at me. I received an email telling that I passed the initial interview and in seconds i received another email which is the personality test. (Tip: be true to yourself and answer the question to be best of your knowledge and be patient as the questions are too long) After 4 weeks of waiting, thinking that I did not make it. Talent Acquisition team called me, "CONGRATULATIONS, YOU HAVE BEEN SELECTED TO ATTEND THE TRAINING ON NOVEMBER 24 IN INDIANAPOLIS, IN" After we have talked and discussed my availability, I received the Initial Training Study guide and offer letter. On that day, I immediately filed my resignation and now I'm memorizing the airport codes, evacuation commands and airport terminologies. So who's going to the training on 24th of November? Hit me up!
