Interview
Basic interview. Went over resume, job description and expectations. None of the typical situational interview questions. Didn't get a good feeling at the end of the interview. Was pretty I wasn't getting a call back. Took almost 2 weeks for an email letting me know "they are going to pass on you".
Lengthy process, but thorough and provides great perspective on the company and the culture. Spoke with recruiting, hiring manager, another local rep, and a round robin of other managers, with a final interview with the head of sales.
