Revolut Business Process Leader interview questions

First approach was from a in-house recruiter on LinkedIn. Followed up with a screening call checking my familiarity with the company and CV. I then completed a home test around a data issue. Once the home test was done successfully the process broadened out and I had 3 face to face interviews onsite, thee were really about understanding if I was a good cultural fit and also what role in the business would be best for me if I joined.
