I first started with a phone interview with a recruiter. After that I was scheduled to fly out to a panel interview on the opposite side of the country. There I had two panel interviews with two people at a time. They asked basic sales questions "Sell me this Pen". They lasted 30mins and then I went back home. Contacted 1 week later and offered the position.

It was a smooth and comfortable experience and I felt at home and cared about. They ask good questions to get to know the candidates. To some candidates, it might seem like they asked tough questions, but they just wanna make sure that they will find good career driven people that want a long-term career instead of just a job with a paycheck.
