I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds American (Reno, NV) in Aug 2013
Interview
I applied online then received a email for a phone interview. Pretty simple. Its a recruiting company so their just asking you things about your resume and why R J Reynolds? Then you will have to do a video interview and ask questions provided for you. once you pass that you will have your Day on the Trade with a TM in your area. I loved my TM and his division manager. I was myself and ask plenty of question related to your day to show your interest in the position. Do not ask question related to salary! Your TM and Dm on that DOT are criticing you to the hiring board so its important to make a great impression. Once you pass that you will have a panel interview which is a little intense, but if you are comfortable and confident in your skills you will do great! One panel I really enjoyed talking with the interviewees and the second panel made me feel like i might not get the job, but you find out rather fast if you get the job or not. in about 24 hours.

Interview
Phone interview with 3rd party company that I feel reads from a script and doesn’t actually know the company. It was fairly simple with basic questions usually about 5. The call only took roughly 15 minutes. This type of interview method is poorly looked upon from other employers. Once you apply you receive emails stating if you move forward, if that’s the case you do online interview then a panel interview.
