The Process was pretty straight forward, I was approached by a recruiter to apply for the role and a couple weeks later I was invited for a brief 30 minute phone screening that was behaviorally based. I was then invited to a 45 minute interview with 4 senior executives from the company that asked me more behavioral based questions and I asked a couple of questions.

It was very straightforward and to the point. They were kind and understanding; the interviewer asked about my position at Lids and how that can help me in this internship.
