Process took about 2 months total. First there’s a pymetrics assessment, then an HR interview, and a final round with two back to back hour long interviews with a VP and a manager in the company. Phone interview with the recruiter was more informal, lasted maybe 30 minutes but the final round is more intense, with something like 12-15 behavioral questions total. From what I’ve gathered, if you get invited to the final round, they think you’re qualified and they’re just vetting you for culture fit. Compared to other more technical interviews, it isn’t too bad. It was still definitely one of the tougher behavioral interviews I’ve had; just make sure you have a lot of experiences you can talk about and relate them back to values that Reynolds/BAT wants. One of the VPs reminded me before we started our interview to “make sure to answer every question with a story.” So use the STAR method and focus on the results.
