Overall it was a fairly extensive interview process. After applying online, you will have a 30min phone interview with a Regional Recruiter discussing your background, thoughts on the position/company, and other typical screening type questions. After that you will receive a code to take a basic math skills and reading comprehension test that is timed. It's very easy, but you need to be ready to take it as you may be pressed for time and you must do it in one sitting You will also do a video Q&A session via the RJ Reynolds recruiting webpage. You can answer these questions on your own time, but you need to have thought out responses prepared. The "Day on the Trade" portion is next, assuming they're still interested. Applicants spend 5-6 hrs with a Territory Rep visiting accounts and get a first hand experience of what to expect. After this, you will interview in person with a Regional Manager, but I did not pursue that after the DotT experience.
