Ring Technical Customer Service Representative interview questions

The process of hiring included a Phone interview, an on site interview and an official tour of the office, a phone call and email with an offer, an email containing documents needing to be filled out and signed, a background check conducted and cleared, invited to a new hire mixer and received a start date of June 24.

The interview process was very thorough. Interviewer asked questions that were central to specific job and answered fully my questions and concerns of the same. The interview was conducted in a relaxed and open environment were I got a full representation of the job and its requirements. I had an opportunity to tour the facility and the area in which I would potentially be working. Overall, this process was comprehensive.
