The interview process was friendly and smooth until AVP round (3rd round). I thought this round would just be a conversational chat, but I was wrong. They were clearly out of touch with reality when it came to the questions being asked, especially when the role was looking for a recent grad. A lot of high level questions that shouldn’t have been asked especially for someone with such little experience. I felt like I was being interrogated the whole time.
