Interview
I had a video interview scheduled with a manager and teams from other regions. Two of us were part of the session, and it went on for about an hour. The discussion felt positive as I was able to answer all the questions confidently. Naturally, I expected an update whether positive or negative as candidates deserve timely communication. Unfortunately, no response was provided by HR, even after multiple follow-ups. This experience was disappointing, as it reflects a lack of respect for candidates’ time. Regardless of the company’s size or reputation, such unprofessionalism makes the process frustrating, and I would not recommend this organization.
