I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Riot Games (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2014
Interview
Panel interview, total of 7. Started with two phone screens before that. Additionally, there was a writing test (given the skills needed for the role), which was very daunting / demanding. Overall a grueling process, but felt supported and energized throughout.
Riot's interview process is known for being intense, and the selection/vetting of candidates itself is highly selective. Ultimately, I feel it's justified, and having now been on the inside, can confirm its value to ensuring company culture lives on.
I applied online. I interviewed at Riot Games in Oct 2021
Interview
Got the first round screening after a couple of days. The process was pretty chill and relaxed, we spoke over the phone for roughly 25 min and gave a bit more in-depth description of the position. But never heard back afterward, even I have sent a thank you letter right after, as well as 2 follow-up emails regarding the position. Now almost 2 months later, still nothing.
