      Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Riot Games (Hong Kong)

      Interview

1-2 rounds with HR, 1 interviews with local management. If I were to move forward, there would be a interview day at the local office for around 6 hours, meeting key people from diff teams, so there are some mutual understanding from both parties. Followed by a final sponsor (ie regional heads or senior folks from HQ)

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Riot Games (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2016

      Interview

The one thing that stands out the most about the Interview Process was how long it was. It was literally a full day of interviews, 6 hours straight. Basically a series of Panel Interviews, with each panel consisting of 2-4 employees from different teams. There didn't seem to be any coherence to the questions that I received; I don't remember many questions that were pertinent to the role or the job. Many of the questions seemed to be out-of-the-box, creative thinking, problem-solving type of questions. A lot of the questions seemed to be geared towards getting to know my personality and culture. To sum it up, it basically felt like a screening process to subjectively get a feel on whether I fit the Riot mold.
