I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Riot Games
Interview
The interview consists of 5 rounds:
Round 1: HackerRank Challenge (bfs, 2d-grid)
Round 2: Recruiter Screening
Round 3: Technical Interview
Round 4: Behavioral Interview (I failed on this round)
Round 5: Onsite Interview
Recruiter was nice but my only complaint was that there are just simply too many rounds of interviews for this company. It's easy to fail any of them. Probably this is why only 1% of candidates get offers (according to their website).
Ps: I did not play League of Legends
Online assessment then rejected even with perfect score on assessment. Essentially did not make it past resume screening (ATS). Not exactly sure what more I needed to provide on my resume but we live and we learn.
