During the quarantine year so all over Zoom. General screening interview, then it gets broken down into 5 more rounds from there each with its own topic that they let you know ahead of time (values, craft, etc.).

Question 1
It was very structured. There is a whole list of questions across a series of days it is difficult to remember things with particularity. I would say just be yourself and be honest in trying to connect with each interviewer. At the end of the day, I think they're just trying to make sure they 100% have the right fit not only for skills but personality-wise. You can tell the group is really passionate about what they do and where they work.
