sent application online. was called back and a phone interview was conducted. just basic typical interview questions. why this company, do you have friends/relatives in the area. your mid range plans, etc. then offer was given. i reviewed and accepted.
If you’ve been with the company for some time as an intern, the DL will reach out before graduation about extending an offer as a pharmacist if they want to keep you.

Interview
The interview was very informal and not at all nerve-wracking. I felt like I was just having a conversation with the manager. We got to know eachother and she told me about my responsiblities and gave me a tour of the pharmacy and introduced me to the staff I would be working with.

Give me an example of an problem/encounter you had with a patient, how did you react and how to did you diffuse the situation and resolve the problem?
You will meet with the district manager and they will ask you a few questions about your self and why you want to work as an intern for them. They will also ask about why you want to work in retail.
