Started with the Team lead which was good, then Operations manager with no idea what he's talking about and does not know the product. Was not given the opportunity to compromise on salary. Given that, i asked that since the starting pay is low, there will be an increase once regularized and fast promotions. Both were answered with a Yes which was not written in paper afterwards so it turned out to be a big fat lie. No filtration process (exams, etc.)to see if the applicant is qualified(i think we have that now).
Then i get the chance to talk to our manager in the US(he's cool). Afterwards, they scheduled me to come back another day to sign the contract.
