I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Riverside Community Hospital (Riverside, CA) in Dec 2018
Interview
The process involved a panel review, depending on which unit you are interested in. Calls were based on the prior hiring event where the applicant chose which he or she wanted to be at. Questions involved mainly general questions (Why do you want to be a nurse?) and some clinical questions (If the nurse manager asked you take another patient when you already have 4, what would you do?). Hiring managers were nice and attentive.

Interview
I interviewed February 2021. I applied online,, received a self assessment to complete, and then was invited via email to do a phone interview with the recruiter. The first interview is a phone with the recruiter, then a panel interview consisting of unit managers, the DON, and staffing. The entire process felt reassuring and not stressful at all. I really hope I receive a call back with an offer! I really want to work for RCH!!!
