Applied 2/23/16. Received an email to schedule a phone interview. Was asked basic questions that would stay on file for a year. Then called for an interview with the nurse manager on the 10th of March. After the interview I was asked to schedule a time to shadow a CNA to see if I could handle the job. There were three other candidates and they have already shadowed. I emailed the manager right after I shadowed. I was offered the job the next day on March 14th.
