Riverside Smithfield Hospital's Biggest Round of Hiring! More than 180 frontline positions have gone live for applicants in virtually every department, including clinical areas such as the Emergency Room, Operating Room, Med-Surg, ICU and PACU. The list also covers laboratory, imaging, pharmacy and respiratory, occupational and physical therapy roles, as well as environmental services positions. RSH hopes to fill this latest group of positions by October or November to allow for six to eight weeks of onboarding and training before its January 2026 opening. “This is an incredibly important milestone in our process,” said Jessica Macalino, RSH President. “These team members are going to be the real heart of what we do.
